Order From DM is a WooCommerce plugin created and operated by (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, download or buy the plugin, contact us, or use Order From DM on your store — and how we use that information.

Who we are

Reborn Labs builds software and services for WooCommerce merchants, including Order From DM. Product site: orderfromdm.rebornlabs.me. Company site: rebornlabs.me. Privacy questions: support@rebornlabs.me.

Information we collect

Website analytics. We may collect aggregated usage data on this landing (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referral source) through Google Analytics or similar tools, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Downloads. When you download the free plugin, our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, time, user agent) for security and delivery.
Purchases. Pro licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). Lemon Squeezy processes payment details and billing information under their own privacy policy. We receive what we need to fulfill your order (for example name, email, and license status) — not your full card number.
Support messages. If you email us, we keep the content of that conversation so we can help you and improve the product.
License / activation data. If the plugin checks a license or reports basic product usage to Reborn Labs systems, we may store store URL, license key status, plugin version, and similar operational fields needed to validate Pro access and prevent abuse. We do not use this to sell your customer lists.
Store order snapshot (one-time). On first admin use the plugin may send a sample of your store’s recent WooCommerce orders (up to about 200) to Reborn Labs for product analysis and recommendations. That snapshot includes customer name and email, plus operational fields such as status, totals, payment method, country, dates, and product line names/ids (not phone or street address). It is a single background batch; afterward that analysis path is disabled on the site and further uploads for the same store are rejected.

Data on your WooCommerce store

Order From DM runs on your WordPress/WooCommerce site. Order details, customer names, shipping addresses, uploads, and messages that customers submit through an order link are stored in your store database (and any tools you connect), under your responsibility as the merchant. Reborn Labs is not the merchant of record for those customer orders. Aside from the one-time store order snapshot described above (and information you send us for support), we do not automatically receive full customer checkout contents.

How we use information

To deliver the website, downloads, licenses, and product updates.
To respond to support and product questions.
To improve Order From DM and related Reborn Labs products.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized license sharing.
To meet legal or accounting obligations when required.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site may use cookies or local storage for analytics, language preference, and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect analytics only; downloads and core product pages should still work.

Sharing

We share data only when needed to operate the product, for example:

Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve this site and file downloads.
Lemon Squeezy for Pro checkout and license fulfillment.
Analytics providers (in aggregated or pseudonymous form where applicable).
Authorities if we are legally required to disclose information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, support threads while relevant, license records while a purchase remains active or as required for records, and analytics in aggregated form according to the tool’s settings.

Your choices

You can email support@rebornlabs.me to ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete support or account-related data where we are able to do so (license/purchase records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons).

Children

Order From DM is intended for business use by store owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or laws change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or plugin after an update means you accept the revised policy.
