Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Order From DM website and software. Order From DM is created and provided by Reborn Labs. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Order From DM, you agree to these Terms and to the End User License Agreement (EULA) shipped inside the plugin package as EULA.txt / EULA.es.txt. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

The product

Order From DM is a WordPress / WooCommerce plugin that helps merchants send focused order links (for example from Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Telegram) so customers can complete order details and create a WooCommerce order. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we improve the product; material changes to paid plans will be communicated reasonably where practical.

Who may use it

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and you must use Order From DM only on WordPress sites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with WooCommerce, payment, messaging-platform, and consumer laws that apply to your store and customers.

License model (proprietary software)

Order From DM is commercial proprietary software owned by Reborn Labs. It is not licensed under the GPL or any other open-source license (except any third-party components that ship with their own notices). Installing or using the plugin grants only the limited rights in the EULA — not ownership of the code.

Free plan

The free download lets you evaluate Order From DM with the limits described on the pricing page (for example a capped number of completed orders per store domain, enforced by our systems and/or the Software). Free use is provided “as is,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or future feature parity with Pro. We may adjust free limits over time.

Pro subscription

Pro is sold as a subscription (typically US$9/month or US$79/year) for use on one production site, unless a checkout page or invoice states otherwise.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. You can cancel future renewals through Lemon Squeezy when a customer portal is available.
Pro access lasts while your subscription and license key remain active. If billing stops or the license expires, free-plan limits may apply again.
You may not share, resell, or publicly redistribute Pro license keys. You may not use one Pro license on multiple production sites unless we expressly allow it.
Updates included with Pro are provided while your subscription is active and we maintain the product; we do not promise perpetual major-version upgrades unless stated at purchase.

Technical protection & anti-circumvention

You may not remove, disable, patch, spoof, or otherwise circumvent license checks, free-plan order limits, usage metering, entitlement or runtime APIs, update checks, or other technical protection measures — including by editing plugin files to unlock unlimited use without a valid Pro license. Attempting to do so is a material breach of these Terms and the EULA and may result in termination of licenses and legal action.

Refunds & cancellation

Pro subscription charges for the current billing period are final and non-refundable unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, or we confirm a verifiable technical failure on our side that materially prevents you from using the plugin for a considerable period (not a brief glitch that we fix promptly after you report it). In that case, write to support@rebornlabs.me with evidence and we will review a refund. Order From DM includes a free plan so you can evaluate before paying. You may cancel future renewals through Lemon Squeezy when a customer portal is available; Pro continues until the end of the period already paid. Payments go through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — if a payment fails to deliver a working license, contact the same address for activation help. Mandatory consumer rights, where they apply, are handled through Lemon Squeezy’s checkout terms.

Your responsibilities

Keep WordPress, WooCommerce, and Order From DM reasonably up to date.
Configure products, forms, shipping, and payment instructions accurately for your customers.
Honor your own store policies (refunds, shipping, privacy) for orders created through Order From DM links — those customers are yours.
Do not use the plugin for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity, or to violate a messaging platform’s rules.

Intellectual property

Order From DM, its name, branding, plugin code (source and compiled), documentation, and the marketing materials on this site are owned by Reborn Labs or its licensors. The distributed plugin is licensed under the proprietary EULA included in the package (EULA.txt / EULA.es.txt), not under the GPL. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Reborn Labs trademarks or content to you. WordPress and WooCommerce remain under their own licenses.

Third-party services

Order From DM may integrate with or sit alongside WordPress, WooCommerce, Lemon Squeezy, ManyChat, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other tools you choose. Those services have their own terms. Reborn Labs is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions by third parties.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Order From DM and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every store setup will convert more sales, or that the plugin will be error-free on every hosting environment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reborn Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Order From DM. Our total liability for claims relating to the product or this site will not exceed the amount you paid us for Order From DM in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you only used the free plan).

Termination

You may stop using Order From DM at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to Pro licensing or related services if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the product, or put other users or our systems at risk. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using Order From DM after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Courts in Santiago, Chile have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Reborn Labs may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property or technical measures. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain available where applicable.
