Yes. When you create the order link you choose products, quantities, and custom fields (text, options, image uploads, and more) per product. You can also define fields on the WooCommerce product’s OFDM Fields tab — those appear on Order From DM links and on the normal product page for regular cart purchases.

Yes. The customer UI is built for phones — the same place your DMs already happen — so they never have to dig through a full store catalog.
